This dental office is a breath of fresh air. To start with, their staff is AWESOME, from the front desk to the dental assistants, technicians, to their amazing dentists, everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They truly care about their patients. I had a dental emergency and they fit me in same day. They got me in and accommodated me with my pain and actually took how I felt seriously instead of brushing off my pain or fears. They listed out their care plan and pricing for me clearly and made a flexible payment plan for me so that way I can get the best care as fast as possible without going broke in one go. The dentists here are TOP KNOTCH! They want the best dental health for their patients in the long run. My dentists were dr. Kim and dr. Kilgore, they both were SO KIND and caring. Dr. Kim really made me feel comfortable and confident in my recovery. Dr. Kilgore who performed my extraction was QUICK, precise, and empathetic to any pain I had during numbing procedure and after. I have been to dentists that feel like they don't truly care about you or how you feel. Other dentists feel like they're just out for your money, making up new fees as they go. Here? Not at all, they truly put their patients first. The ability to have a payment plan through them instead of having to put everything on a credit card is wonderful. I am so grateful to this office and I will only be coming here for myself and my husbands dental procedures. They have earned a lifetime patient for sure! Thank you so much Loganville Dental!
