Melissa, Daniel, Jasmine, Alyssa, Dr.Kim, Mecal, and Dr. Kwon we’re all amazing! I truly appreciate Melissa going the extra mile to make sure I was seen in such a quick time after my appointment was canceled the day before. When I stepped into their office, they all were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I started off at the Snellville location and crazy to say I was getting ready to have a procedure which I’m glad that they canceled because I found out that more was wrong with my tooth that they never told me until I saw Dr. Kim. Dr.Kim was very thorough and not only did she tell me what was wrong. She literally sat there and showed me and made sure I had a clear understanding which I really appreciate. She went to explain to me that my filling had not actually cracked. My whole tooth was cracked, and my gum was literally growing between it. I was truly surprised to know this because I had never even gotten that part of my diagnosis before I was starting the surgery at the snellville location. The way they made sure that my pain was non existent and when it did come back they quickly resolved it. They made sure I was not in pain keep in mind I saw three providers doing Several things and each one of them was amazing. Mecal was a joy he keep me laughing and ensured that I was going to be in minimum pain throughout his procedure as I saw him before and after the root canal. Then I had been there since 6:45 AM and didn’t leave until two because I did have multiple things to get done and Melissa made sure that I didn’t go hungry and bought me Smoothie King which I truly appreciate it. When I say they went above and beyond they truly went above and beyond the staff was very kind ,attentive, and I definitely appreciate all that they did. My medical assistants were so kind Alyssa answered all my questions and Daniel was amazing as well. My experience at the Loganville location was phenomenal. I truly appreciate everybody’s help. The vibe in that Location is top-notch. I will definitely continue to come back for my regular checks I don’t care if I have to drive a little extra! Such a warm and welcoming office.
